1924

Rotary Supply Corporation is a family owned business, proudly supplying customers since 1924.

Mr. William Simerlein started selling linens to the shipping industry, both cruise lines and cargo ships, in the New York Harbor. This was at a time when the New York Harbor was the busiest port in the world. As the business grew, his son in law, John Robinson, joined the company and added oil companies, ship chandlers and camps.

1974

In 1974, Roger Cope, John’s son in law, joined the company and expanded the cruise line business, as well as concentrating on the hospitality market. Due to the excellent reputation for service, quality and pricing and Rogers’ tremendous work ethic, we were able to greatly expand the customer base.

2000

In 2000, Greg Cope, Rogers’ son, left a successful job on Wall Street after 5 years and rejoined the family business, bringing his talents and energy. Greg expanded the product offerings, as well as adding new customer markets, from international architectural and design companies, to health clubs, gyms, healthcare facilities and the growing spa market. During this time, we went from being a regional distributor to a nationwide and international distributor.

As the generations continue to grow the business, the one thing that remains constant is that we will always value the loyalty of our customers and will always strive to offer the best value and service.
